What is your delivery policy?
Belle Sauvage does not make a profit on Postage and Packaging - we charge you what it costs us to box up and post your order by your chosen delivery method. EUROPE: We send by UPS standard service, which takes from 2 to 5 working days depending on your location. This is a fully trackable service, which enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it's been despatched.
REST OF THE WORLD: We use registered mail, which may take up to 2 or 3 weeks for your oder to reach you, depending on your location. NOTE: Belle Sauvage is not responsible for any customs delays and or duties.
Belle Sauvage aims to ship all orders received before 1pm on weekdays the same day. We aim to ship evening and weekend orders the next working day. At busier times of the year, such as during sale periods, please allow an extra day or so before your order status is updated to “dispatched”.
At busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait 6 working days after your order is updated to “Dispatched” before contacting us.
Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.

What happens if my order is delivered when I’m not at home?
The carrier we use will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
Can you leave the delivery in an agreed hiding place or with a neighbour?
Unfortunately we cannot as all orders require a signature upon receipt at the specified delivery address.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver to most major worldwide countries.
RETURNS POLICY

Please mark clearly on the outer carton ‘Returned Goods’. Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay with your refund being processed
We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods
We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.
Please note that items on "SALE" are non-refundable or exchangeable. We have a dedicated team to assist you Monday-Friday 9 am to 7 pm, should you have any questions about size, fit, materials, garment measurements, etc.
